If your eSIM shows signal but mobile internet does not work, the issue is usually related to mobile data selection, data roaming, APN settings, balance, or network selection.
Please check:
- Simfinity eSIM is selected for Mobile Data.
- Data Roaming is turned on for Simfinity eSIM.
- Your plan has remaining data balance.
- Your destination is included in the plan coverage.
- APN settings are correct if required.
If needed, restart your phone, turn Airplane Mode on and off, or try manually selecting a supported network.
