My eSIM has a signal but no internet. What should I do?

If your eSIM shows signal but mobile internet does not work, the issue is usually related to mobile data selection, data roaming, APN settings, balance, or network selection.

Please check:

  1. Simfinity eSIM is selected for Mobile Data.
  2. Data Roaming is turned on for Simfinity eSIM.
  3. Your plan has remaining data balance.
  4. Your destination is included in the plan coverage.
  5. APN settings are correct if required.

If needed, restart your phone, turn Airplane Mode on and off, or try manually selecting a supported network.
