I reset my phone or changed my phone. What should I do?

If you reset your phone, changed your phone, or removed the eSIM profile, the eSIM may no longer be usable.

An eSIM installation link or QR code can usually be used only once and cannot normally be transferred to another device after installation.

Please contact Simfinity support with your order email, device model, destination country, and ICCID if available. We will review the case, but replacement or reinstallation is not guaranteed.
