If your eSIM is installed on Android but mobile internet does not work, please check these settings first.
- Make sure you are in a country covered by your selected plan.
- Open Settings → Connections / Network & Internet → SIM Manager.
- Select Simfinity eSIM for Mobile Data.
- Turn on Data Roaming for the Simfinity eSIM.
- Restart your phone or turn Airplane Mode on and off.
- Check that your plan has remaining data balance and validity.
- If needed, check APN settings using the APN details shown in your Simfinity account or installation email.
- If automatic network selection does not work, try manually selecting a supported local network.
Menu names may vary depending on your Android device, Samsung model, Pixel model, and software version.
If the internet still does not work, contact support with your order email, phone model, current country, ICCID if available, and screenshots of SIM Manager, mobile data, data roaming, APN, and network settings.
