If your eSIM is installed on iPhone but mobile internet does not work, please check these settings first.
- Make sure you are in a country covered by your selected plan.
- Go to Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data.
- Make sure the Simfinity eSIM is turned on.
- Select Simfinity eSIM for Cellular Data / Mobile Data.
- Turn on Data Roaming for the Simfinity eSIM.
- Restart your iPhone or turn Airplane Mode on and off.
- Check that your plan has remaining data balance and validity.
- If needed, check APN settings using the APN details shown in your Simfinity account or installation email.
- If automatic network selection does not work, try manually selecting a supported local network.
If the internet still does not work, contact support with your order email, iPhone model, current country, ICCID if available, and screenshots of Cellular/Mobile Data, data roaming, APN, and network settings.
