If the installation link and QR code do not work, you may be able to install the eSIM using manual installation details.
Use the manual details provided in your Simfinity installation email or Simfinity account.
On iPhone:
Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Use QR Code → Enter Details Manually
On Android:
Settings → Network / Connections → SIMs / SIM Manager → Add eSIM → Enter details manually
Menu names may vary depending on your device model and software version.
