I cannot install my eSIM. What should I do?

First, make sure that your device is eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked, and connected to stable Wi-Fi.

Then check the following:

  1. Open the installation email on the device where you want to install the eSIM.
  2. Use the Apple or Android installation link if available.
  3. If the link does not work, try the QR code.
  4. If the QR code does not work, use the manual installation details.
  5. Make sure the eSIM has not already been installed on the device.

Do not delete any installed eSIM before contacting Simfinity support.

If you still cannot install it, contact support with your order email, device model, destination country, ICCID if available, and screenshots of the error.
