Most eSIMs configure APN automatically. If your eSIM does not connect, you may need to enter APN manually.
Use the APN details shown in your Simfinity account, installation email, or More Details page for your specific eSIM. APN can vary by plan, destination, and provider.
For many Simfinity plans, the APN is:

On iPhone:
Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Select Simfinity eSIM → Cellular Data Network
On Android:
Settings → Network / Connections → Mobile Networks → Access Point Names
If support asks you to enter APN manually, use only the APN shown for your specific eSIM. Leave username and password blank unless they are shown in your eSIM details.
