you’re having issues with connectivity issues with your eSIM on iOS, make sure you have completed all the steps to access data as per the instructions given on your eSIM website.
Check the supported network on your eSIM website and to connect:
Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile > click on your eSIM under Cellular Plans > Network Selection > Disable Automatic > Select the correct network
Alternatively, you can try updating your APN settings and check if your data roaming is turned on.
