Sometimes, an eSIM gets stuck in activating mode in iOS devices. This might happen when the eSIM is installed but you haven't arrived at the destination country/region covered by the eSIM yet.
As a result, it may show as "activating" or "activation failure".
****Please don't remove the eSIM from your device. Once you are in our coverage, your eSIM will be fully activated.
