If the QR code does not scan, try the installation link from your Simfinity email first.
If you still need to use the QR code:
- Make sure the QR code is clearly visible.
- Increase screen brightness if scanning from another device.
- Make sure your camera lens is clean.
- Check that your phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Try using the manual installation details instead.
If your iPhone shows an error while scanning the QR code, check whether the eSIM has already been added to your device. In some cases, the eSIM may already be installed even if the scan showed an error.
