I paid but did not receive my eSIM email. What should I do?

First, check your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders.

Then log in to your Simfinity account and check whether your eSIM details are available there.

If you still cannot find them, contact Simfinity support with the email used for purchase and your payment confirmation if available.
