Do I need to contact support before requesting a refund?

Yes. If your eSIM cannot be installed, activated, or used, please contact Simfinity support first.

We need a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue and confirm whether it was caused by a technical problem with the eSIM or service.

Refunds are not automatic if the issue was caused by incorrect installation, unsupported device, locked device, wrong destination, deleted eSIM, disabled data roaming, or failure to follow the setup instructions.
