They provide mobile internet, but they do not include a regular phone number, voice calls, or SMS.
You can use mobile data for internet-based apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, FaceTime, Messenger, Google Maps, email, browsing, social media, and other apps.
If you need regular phone calls or SMS/OTP messages, please keep your primary SIM active for calls/SMS where possible.
